How to Order
With our new catalog and shopping cart, purchasing from JustCamo USA is a snap.  Simply make your selections, add them to your shopping cart and continue shopping or head straight to the checkout.  JustCamo USA accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure payment process.  We also accept money orders (shipment upon receipt) and personal checks as well (shipment upon receipt). Please note that your credit card is charged upon ordering NOT when order has shipped. JustCamo is not responsible for any misprint and reserves the right not to accept an order.

When you make your first purchase through the new checkout process, you`ll be asked to provide all the pertinent information needed to process the sale and ship your items to you.  You`ll also be asked to provide an e-mail address and to create your own password.  By setting up your own personal account this way, your shipping information goes into our database and you won`t need to provide it each time you shop at JustCamo USA.  Be sure to write down that password, because it will enable you to view your order from start to finish.  Your password-protected access will let you review both current and past orders, as well as enable you to check the shipping status of your purchase.

JustCamo USA respects your privacy.  We do not share mailing or contact information about you with third parties.  Credit card information is processed securely through our merchant account provider, and is used for payment transactions only.

Second Day and Next Day shipping available on in-stock items. Please call or email with your request. Additonal shipping charges will apply and be charged to your account. International (including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada) shipping may incur additional shipping charges and will be charged to your account accordingly.

Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
JustCamo USA has a 30-day return and refund policy on any defective products upon receipt of ordered goods (excepting undergarments which are a non-returnable item) purchased through its online catalog. If return of an item should be required, please contact us to let us know the item, date of purchase, reason for return or exchange and your return email address or phone number.  You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement containing information regarding shipment of the returned item. Please note that returns and exchanges incur additional shipping and/or handling charges. Returns or exchanges need to be in original packaging or condition with tags attached.  If merchandise has been used, worn, damaged or stained no return or exchange will be given. Returns and exchanges on Truck/SUV accessories will incur a re-stock/handling fee of 15-25%. No returns or exchanges after 30 days are accepted. JustCamo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods when shipping internationally.
