Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy
Just Camo will exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. In order to make an exchange, please:
1. Email [email protected] for a return authorization stating your full name (or the name of the person who purchased the gift for you) and your order number if you have it. Please also state the reason for the exchange and the item/size you would like to exchange for.
2. Send the merchandise back to:Just Camo

Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn, or stained, no exchange will be given.
3. Once we receive the return, the exchange product will be shipped.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Email [email protected] for instructions on returning product. Generally, most items qualify for a full refund if returned within 30 days in original packaging and condition. Return requests after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. No refunds are allowed after 60 days of the original order date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will exchange sizes on swimwear one time at no extra charge. Custom seat covers, Camowraps® products, and hood protectors returns will be charged a restocking fee. Please call for more information.
During the Christmas holidays we extend our return privileges to Jan. 31. Returns after the end of February purchased during the holidays are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy: We will accept cancellations if your product has not shipped yet or is not already packaged and ready for UPS pickup. Please call 877-214-7015 or email [email protected].
